FAQs About Our Courses

Here are some of the most common questions we receive about our hypnosis and NLP training courses.

What are the prerequisites for enrolling in the course?

While our typical requirement is for attendees to be certified Hypnotists, we occasionally extend our trainings to professionals such as doulas, dentists, dental nurses, etc., where certification in Hypnosis is not mandatory. Any prerequisites will be clearly communicated in advance.

Can I get a refund if I'm unable to complete the course?

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period when purchasing a course. If you sign up less than 14 days before the course starts, this period no longer applies. Unfortunately, refunds are generally not offered once a course has started. However, if you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, please contact info@mindset-for-change.com, and we will consider your request.

Are there any group discounts available?

Yes, we offer special rates for groups of three or more enrolling together. Please contact us for more details.

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered online through live sessions on Zoom. During sessions, we utilise breakout rooms and may assign homework for practice sessions with fellow participants. All course materials, including e-manuals and other relevant resources, are accessible digitally via our online Portal. We welcome participants from all over the world to join our trainings.

Do you offer any certifications?

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an e-certificate. This certificate is typically issued within 28 days of the course completion date, contingent upon meeting additional requirements such as case studies, tests, video submissions, and course participation etc. This will be confirmed during your training if there are additional requirements. Certificates are usually issued by Stressed2Best or Hypnodontics World, bearing Beryl’s signature.

What if I miss one of the training days?

We prefer that students attend all trainings in person whenever possible. The beauty of taking your training over Zoom means there’s no risk of transmission of illness, and if you need to make an urgent change to your location plans, as long as there is internet, you can still join us. However, we understand that emergencies happen. If there is no possibility of you joining us for one of the days, we usually ask that you watch the replay. Sometimes we may request that you have a quick catch-up call with Beryl to ensure learning gaps have been filled. We encourage students to join us whenever they can, even if it’s not for the full day. However, we typically do not allow more than one day of training to be missed.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to ensure the course is accessible to as many interested participants as possible.  Email info@mindset-for-change.com to discuss payment plan options.  We never charge more money or interest for anyone taking a payment plan. 

What materials will I need?

All course materials are provided digitally. Participants will need a stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing our online learning platform.  You may want to have a pen & paper to hand for taking notes.  

Terms & Conditions

  1. Students are required to attend the online training live.
  2. An internet connection and Zoom access are required for this training.
  3. There is a 14-day cooling off period, which begins the day you purchase the course whether in full or part. After that, no refunds will be given. If you book at the last minute (less than 14 days before the course begins), the cooling period does not apply.
  4. If the training is affected due to illness of the trainer, an alternative date will be rescheduled. A refund will be offered to those who cannot attend the new dates.
  5. Please attend your training on time. There will be opportunities for breaks throughout the course.
  6. You will require your video and microphone to be working as we like all delegates’ participation.
  7. The Facebook community page is to help guide you and answer questions and for you to arrange practice meetups with fellow delegates. This is not a space for advertising, spam, bullying, or anything in a negative sense. We are all here to support each other with kindness and respect.
  8. All content is copyright of Beryl Comar and must not be redistributed, copied, or shared.
  9. Students will receive their E-manual and Portal login details a few days before the course begins.
  10. The online learning platform is available for all students to re-watch content and access their e-manual for 12 months.
  11. Clips, screenshots, and demonstrations from this training may be used for promotional, marketing, and training reasons. If you do not wish for images/videos of yourself to be included in this, please email us at coursesupport@staging-nicole-dodd-com.stackstaging.com so that we can ensure your privacy is kept.
  12. This course may be turned into an online video course at a future date to be sold to other people. As such, we will be sending a form to all participants to obtain permission to do this. As a thank you, we will give you FREE access to the video course if/when it is released.
  13. If you have a payment dispute, you must contact info@mindset-for-change.com in the first instance to give us time to resolve the matter. We will always do our best to accommodate and work with you.
  14. This course is being promoted by Nicole Dodd on behalf of Beryl Comar as part of an affiliation. As such, your consumer rights are with Beryl Comar.
  15. E-Certificates will be issued within 28 days of completion of the course providing all certification requirements have been met (attendance, case studies, exam, video submission, etc) details of such will be provided during the training.
